A narrow strip of pavement finally showed itself the other day.
The kids have been taking full advantage of it.
Being between seasons is hard.
Sledding is no longer an option.
The snow is like in a strange frozen slush stage that makes it impossible to play in.
However, it's still covering everything.
Which is a super bummer when all you want to do is go scootering and drag all the summer toys from the shed and your mom says no.
Everyday is better.
Drip, drip, drip...
The kids keep pointing out grass to me like it's gold.
"Looooook Mommy! Grassss!!! Summer's coming!!!"
Desperation, I tell ya.
